The newest plan in penguin activity is the plan to control the new President. They need several pieces of string long enough to reach from their base in Antarctica, to the White house. They will get the now deceased Nixon back in office, ( I say, he'd make a wonderful President now that he's dead ) and control his every move. Re animating him would be plan B. They may be intelligent, but they are simple folk.
